Full Package
Our full package includes all of the items listed on a seasonal contract basis. Includes lawn maintenance, cleanup, fertilizer and weed control, grub prevention, trimming, and mulch! This great package combines all of our services to create the most pleasing lawns. We include all of our services on a seasonal basis.

Lawn Maintenance
Lawn maintenance is performed on a weekly basis, in a crisscross pattern. While the crew is at your home they will also do minor weed spraying of all beds and if needed, spray for bagworms on small tress and shrubs. We will finish the job by weed whacking walkways and driveway along with power-blowing grass clippings.

Cleanup
Spring and fall cleanups consist of mowing, raking, trimming and cleaning out all beds, and if reachable, cleaning out rain gutters too. Teams of three, hard-working individuals form our cleanup crews.

Grub Prevention or Treatment
To prevent grubs the preventive application must be applied a year in advance. If you have grubs we also have a treatment that will kill them within 24 hours. The lawn must have at least 1″ of water irrigation after both applications.

Trimming
Pruning is necessary to maintain a healthy vigorous tree or shrub. Trimming is billed at an hourly rate of $60.00 per man, per hour. There is also a charge of $15.00 per yard for disposing of yard waste.

Mulch
Since we manufacture our own mulch we are able to install it at a very affordable price. We take pride in our triple ground hardwood mulch—our most popular mulch by far. Click here for our mulch section. We highly recommend having the beds edged at the same time of installing mulch. Edging helps keep mulch in place and gives a cleaner look to the landscaping.

Fertilizer and Weed Control
We offer four applications of fertilizing and weed control.
- Crabgrass pre-emergent: Applied the first week of April. Apply this year so you will not have to worry about crabgrass the following year.
- Weed and Feed: Applied end of May. Spraying of weeds improves your lawn’s ability to absorb water and food.
- Feed: Applied early July. Always remember that a healthy lawn discourages weed propagation.
- Winterizer: Applied early September. Enhance winter hardiness.
