These are the terms for ordering from Down To Earth Landscape Supply (“we”, “us”). By placing an order — on our website, in our app, or in person — you agree to them.

Orders & payment

All orders are paid at the time of purchase using a payment card. Prices, fees (including delivery fees), and taxes are shown before you confirm your order. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Delivery

Deliveries are scheduled for a date you choose at checkout. Delivery timing on that date may vary with routes, weather, and yard conditions.

Materials are dumped at the location you specify when ordering. Please make sure the area is accessible and clear of vehicles and obstacles. You are responsible for choosing a safe placement location; we are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces when delivering where you direct us.

Large orders may be split across multiple truckloads, with any related fees shown before you pay.

Pickup

Pickup orders are loaded at our yard during business hours. Please bring a vehicle suitable for the material and quantity ordered — loading is at your own risk.

Materials

Bulk landscape materials are natural products. Color, texture, and moisture content can vary from load to load and from photos shown online.

Problems with an order

If something isn’t right with your order or delivery, contact us as soon as possible at orders@dtelandscape.org and we will work with you to make it right.

Order & delivery updates

We send order and delivery status updates by email, and by text message if you provide a mobile number and opt in. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on our website applies to new orders.
